Secretariat
The Secretary’s Office: within this area, Lotisse is in charge of the constitution of communities, the summoning and attendance of meetings, the drafting of minutes, bylaws, circulars and various notifications addressed to the owners, according to the guidelines of the governing bodies. We take care of the legal advice, the execution of agreements and everything related to the Public Administrations. We are in charge of auditing and legal, statutory or agreement infringements, under request of the owners´ Governing Board.
Administration
The area of property administration: we take care of the issuance and collection of community fees, accounting and official books. Follow-up and control of defaulting debtors, making claims if necessary; risk management and claims processing; preparation and follow-up of expense budgets, control and payment of expenses and supplies.We provide financial information on a regular basis, available via internet.
Maintenance
The Maintenance area: as part of this area, we are in charge of the maintenance of the facilities, services and supplies: short, medium and long-term maintenance, repair and repair notices and notification of claims; coordination of the work of professionals and the preparation of reports on a regular basis.
Our clients have a private area, which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, where they can consult the minutes, accounts and any other community matters.
